  • Sven Vestergaard, Senior Vice President (CEO until August 2012)

    Sven Vestergaard has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technical Officer in different early stage companies since 1988. He has a strong track record with leading advanced technologies in both general management with high growth and achieved profitability, and from many international developments projects involving HP, Siemens, EDF, TÜV, Slumberger and STN-Atlas.

    In 1998 he represented Hugin Expert A/S in Hewlett-Packard's (USA) 45% stock acquisition. Mr Sven Vestergaard has been the head of AM Production's 3D Audio Department and holds a M.Sc. (Mech. Eng.) from Aalborg University in Denmark, where he also has been appointed as external associate professor.

  • Clemen Boje Larsen, Chief Technology Officer

    Clemen Boje Larsen has during the period 1995-2009 been working with the development of mobile phones for Dancall Telecom, Bosch Telecom, Siemens, BenQ and Motorola. From 1991 to 1994, he was part of an extensive research program at Aalborg University doing basic research within binaural technology.

    Since 1999 Mr Larsen has been an Engineering Manager and headed different groups dealing with hardware (acoustics, electronics and mechanics) and software development (audio and DSP). He has also been a part of the local executive management group in Siemens, BenQ, Motorola and currently in AM3D. Mr Larsen holds a Master's degree in electronic engineering, specialised in acoustics from Aalborg University, Denmark.

  • Jacob N. Andersen, Vice President, Sales

    Jacob N. Andersen has more than 16 years of management experience in the telecommunication industry. He served as Regional Director North Europe for the Mobile Phone Manufacturers Siemens Mobile and BenQ Mobile. In 2001 Mr Andersen established and built up the Siemens Mobile Regional Headquarter Nordics. Prior to working at Siemens Mobile he was Sales Manager at Dan Net A/S, where his responsibilities were Major Mobile Operator Accounts.

    Mr Andersen has also worked at Bosch Telecom as International Sales Manager and Country Manager for Denmark. Mr Andersen has studied Business Economics and International Business at Aalborg University, Denmark.

  • William K. T. Na , CEO of AM3D South Korea

    William K. T. Na has more than 10 years of experience with engineering and business management in the telecommunication industry. Mr. Na worked with the development of telecommunication system and mobile phone for Hyundai Electronics Inc. and Asia-Pacific Satellite Inc. as Engineering Manager.

    He also worked for Bang & Olufsen ICEpower as Technical Supporter and Business Coordinator in South Korea. Mr. Na has since 2005 been developing audio solution business with Danish acoustic technology in South Korea. Mr. Na holds a M.Sc.E.E. in Electric Engineering, specialized in system control engineering from KyungPook National University, South Korea.

  • Nobuhito Miura, CEO of AM3D Japan

    Mr. Miura started his career with the system integration company; NS Solutions Corp, and engaged in sales and marketing for 11 years. Since 2002 he served as Sales Director of Gemplus Japan (current Gemalto Japan) and led the company to no. 1 market share within the telecommunication area with the emerge of 3G network in Japan.

    In 2007 he was appointed as Vice President of Aplix Solutions and among his responsibilities was responsibility of business with AM3D. With the establishment of AM3D Japan Inc. in 2010, he was appointed as CEO of the company. Mr. Miura holds a B. A. in Management from Yokohama National University, Japan.
